AED Commitment

I/We understand the importance of having a potentially life-saving Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) at Temple Oheb Sholom.

To participate, complete the following six easy steps on this secure form.

Yes, I/We can spare one evening to take a CPR/AED class that could potentially save someone else's life. The class lasts approximately four hours, and information about available class times should be e-mailed to me/us.

No, I/We will not be able to attend a CPR/AED class at this time. 

5. Please read and accept the following terms before submitting this pledge:

I/We understand that:

(a) An acknowledgement of this pledge will be e-mailed to me/us, and

(b) If this AED Fund Drive exceeds its goal, excess funds raised after all expenses are paid will be used to pay down the Temple's mortgage.
